A harness containing a ram crayon is fixed to the breast of the ram. The ram crayon is secured by means of a split pin to the harness. The colour mark on the back of the ewe enables the breeder to identify the corresponding ram.

Only one type of crayon is required for all temperature ranges! There is therefore, no problem with storage.
